GTRC exhibition presented to the Princess Royal and President of the Royal Academy of Engineering

On 24th May Cardiff University hosted the Academy?s Summer Soir?e and Exhibition in Cardiff?s City Hall, welcoming guests to experience Cardiff University?s innovative approach and celebrate the successes achieved through partnership with industry.

The exhibition, which was attended by the Princess Royal and President of the Royal Academy of Engineering, highlighted the crucial role of engineers in developing solutions to a diverse range of environmental, social, health and economic challenges.

The GTRC exhibit, supported by Dantec Dynamics showed a scale model of the GTRC site as well as a full scale replica of the high-pressure/temperature optical section.
